Remind them that you have a entire kitchen that produces heat.
Keeping your employees at a happy temperature means employees will safely use that equipment and will follow the fire-up/fire-down times..
They already had one fire, this time it could be employee induced..

Nothing is more daunting then walking into a kitchen with a row of boiling pans of water on the stoves for the pure reason. ‘it was cold in here’.. (our heating was broken)..

I laugh when people say “Why are you cold don’t you have an oven?” I mean, yeah, if it was a really bad oven that wasn’t keeping the heat contained like it’s supposed to do.
