But lets not put Phill at mell’s place. as we know Mell is a perfect deterrent against arsonists (or any other mob). Putting Phill there would just guarantee people burning the place down..

Phill could get a Corporate training and become Lucy’s assistant? (where Lucy of course climbs up the ladder herself eventually)
Yep, hard to imagine Phil desperate enough to work for Mel again but you never know what might happen here at PLT!
