If buying isn’t owning, piracy isn’t stealing, and if a game isn’t being offered, it’s not piracy at all.
You just need some one with big enough pockets and patience of a .. .. a Millenia old Elf to fight Nintendon’t out in court for a more favourable ruling on that..
Also the guts to fight the system at the same time.
And then unfortunately it will only be in ‘one’ jurisdiction..
