Just buy a press already.
Strautmann BP4 or BP6 and a rolling container.
If you are strict with only pressing cardboard you might even get your supplier to take the cardboard back with them.
Gee wiz, I didn’t know they made compactors that small. I mostly know about the much larger ones or the “pile it in a can or bin for someone else eventually”
The biggest issue is convincing those single business owners to invest €7~12K.
But only having to empty it in like two~four days and you can stack 3~5 bundles on a single rolling container.
Compare it to two big bins of cardboard that gets emptied once or twice per week.
In the same area of space you can have the press and two rolling containers that only need pickup every two weeks.
But that isn’t the most benefit, it is the just put in boxes, press button and walk away.
vs Having your entire backroom full of boxes because no one wants to bundle it properly.
Putting cardboard IN the container is certainly an improvement. Next they can work on actually breaking it down/flattening it a bit first. Baby steps.
