My friend says it is always funny to walk into a restaurant where the dishwasher is broken.
And the look on his employees faces when he tells them that he didn’t bring a dishwasher with him and it will be several more hours.
And then that they will have to use the existing facilities to; clean, rinse disinfect and dry by hand.
He says it is always refreshing to see who takes it well and who refuses.
