Odd they usually call me first.
And then i roll in with a laptop and it tells me “call service”..
I take out the spare dishwasher from my van, hook it, call service and collect my €360
These days is better but historically: I’d be getting a call from they restaurant that service fixed MY non broken dishwasher and left theirs still broken! But the manager also didn’t noticed that service has even been over they just found the service slip. Can you tell i’m getting angry just thinking about it again.. Argh!
Nothing’s an emergency until it directly affects you . . . and the more you are inconvenienced, the bigger emergency it becomes.
