Don’t remind me for frying air-vent cleaning company..
Appointment specifies that at arrival all equipment has already been stowed away and secured.
McDonalds closes at 11pm. They have appointment at 11pm.
Company arrives at 11:10 at our joint for just a inspection (We close at 1am and are 2 minute distance from MCD) plus a coffee and some food.
MCD location never closes early and never makes proper appointments, Company always has to bill for extra work.
This has been going on so long that they call us in for (free) inspection if we provide coffee and a meal.
