To this day I have never played Splatoon online, because when it was free I didn’t own a current splatoon game, and now that I do it’s not.
I am eternally grateful that Splatoon doesn’t have any microtransactions or any such ways to spend extra money, (other than DLC or amiibos) If anything Splatoon3 pokes fun at those games by having a built in gatcha machine and a seasonal pass type system built in, as if to say “haha we do this for free”
I guess what I’m trying to say is I spent way too much money on TF2 haha
