I can relate to this. I my job is to schedule people for car repairs/service, but I get people that call and say “Oh I don’t want to schedule a service, I was just planning on walking in today to see if you guys can fit me in for a repair”, then they say bye and hang up. It’s like, then why did you take the time to call the number for scheduling just to say that you’re going to try to bypass that and walk in?
