Karl Jobst actually did an excellent video recently breaking down why vintage video game prices have gotten so stupid, would highly reccommend. It’s mostly market manipulation though, so there’s not a lot of hope for the future until the bubble bursts :/
Like Doug I too have really gotten back into the GBA recently, but it’s so annoying. The good ones are expensive, fakes are easy to make, emulation isn’t perfect, and the ones available on the WiiU are on the WiiU. However, I’ve also learned that my small GBA collection I do have is actually special because I saved everything – boxes, manuals, even the plastic the games came in.
