A new pump is only 1/3rd the price of a new machine.
A new heater is only 1/5th the price of a new machine.
Replacing the logic board is 1/8th the price of a new machine.
They always opt to replace these, as it is cheaper then buying a new one.
Three years in they have replaced 4 pumps, 7 heaters and 6 logic boards.. (3.5 times the price of the machine)
So the ‘corporate’ called me crazy for suggesting to my friends restaurant of buying a new machine each year.
We been using the old one’s to sell for parts. Blasted covid asside, i still think it is cheaper.
