The best thing is thinking “it is currently burning down, and i won’t have to clean that up’..
Then when you go there the next day, it will still be there.
eventually thinking like that (instead of worrying) will be new normal. And you will move on to other thoughts.
This is how i moved away from worrying about my buisines, to thinking about flying a helicopter, and how i got the drive to get my Brevet (ppl).
