This happened at work recently. Put up a big new poster in the back room, and didn’t tell us that it was for recording customer interactions with employees until over a week later.
Reminds me of our Brexit border check, briefings..
First briefing was on 11th January, apparently we had been doing it all wrong.. Well should have told us that before 1st Jan! all we had where ‘potential issues that require verification’..
