I know that more and more people are downloading their games and going full digital, but I can’t accept any game platform, console or PC, that doesn’t have a disc drive.

Even as I go more and more digital myself, not having the option to ever pop in a disk just seems wrong. Sure, I rarely watch my video disks … but what if I DID?

Consider both of yourselves lucky.
I am a massive DataHoarder, i kept every darn file and i want everything locally available.
So for that you need a lot of space. But once you get going building something like that, you don’t stop when you have enough… But when you have to much free space.. Then not wanting to be that guy that hoards Linux ISO’s.. I opted to just download my GoG games installers and preform the Steam ‘backup game files’ option…
Let’s just say I ran out of space a few years back, but a few iterations later i got them all Hoarded (and Backuped)..
Steam is a lovely; ,, ,, 6.8Tib. Where GoG is only; 606 Gib.. (And i may need to mention the 21tb of Anime)..
