Where the front desk computer is a Pentium 3..
And the software written in 2004 by some college graduate and the touch screen CRT is more expensive to replace then installing all new computers in the entire building..
Yet they are not upgrading. Because it still works!.. Support on site only costs them €480 a hour.. So i do love those support calls.
But .. they are afraid if they do upgrade, that they will experience what phil is having right now..
Notice they’re planning to fix “some” of the bugs. Not very promising.
