If i get people who placed orders on a APP and i don’t know how to process those orders And i get Angry people because of it. I will give them your number to complain about ‘our’ bad service.
Soooo. It would be in your best interest TO GIVE ME THE PROCESS INFORMATION BEFORE YOU LAUNCH THAT app..
/ but only say that because you like working with Lucy, for any one else just ask them for a update on the complaints process..
Just as I suspected, Lucy really doesn’t have a clue about any of this new stuff.
