When he orders first he gets the pick of the entire menu (This so venue should not run out of what ‘he’ wants).
Eats last or close to, so he gets his lovely mandatory rest. This lets us eat, rest and converse, if anyone asks why we not moving out yet ‘buss driver isn’t finished eating, shut up!’.
