To simplify me math say available from 10am to 8 pm (not to early and not to late) 10 hours.
Times 5 (no weekends).. means: 50 Hours.
Can’t work late on monday: so -5: 45 Hours
and want either wednesday or thursday off a entire day off the schedule is -10: 35 hours.

You know this is just quick-math, So i agree this arsehat is Bull.

I’ve seen many people over the years with small availability get upset that they’re not getting enough hours. There’s only so much that can be done! I almost told my favorite schedule story here but thought “Oh wait this is a comic idea” hah

Yah i hear of those. Got a large acquaintance circle and it is so easy to listen to people venting about coworkers.

It is especially those that want a lot of hours, but start to complain or be a total arse if they have to work a bit longer.. They literally start complaining 2 minutes after the clock ticks .. Well touch luck you work in food service industry, you should expect that you may not leave on the scheduled time every time, this depends on how crowded it currently is. And read your fricking contract, it states you can be held up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time..

And while Phill has it harder keeping any them, my stories are mostly that they get Angry that there contracts are not extended because of there ‘need to leave on time’ practice..
