Phil’s been managing his own Happy Tacos for five or six years by now so they’re probably referring to that one. I’m willing to bet that Phil’s is known as “the good Happy Tacos” place. Also, Mel seemed to be the kind of manager who would just hang out in the office all day at not make the food.
Uhg, I keep meaning to have more Mel in the comic again but I keep getting distracted by other things. I often do a Christmas story, maybe something there ho ho ho!
