I dunno whether Doug is supposed to fill in as wetnurse or somehow get them to a hospital, and it’s scaring the crap outta me.
I think this exact storyline happened in “The Least I Could Do” back before it got all preachy and was still a good comic, though Doug will probably do something more dramatic than stealing a snowplow and driving Millie to the hospital himself. Somehow.
