Amazing a ‘fast food’ place is still using a Pan for heating meat.
Almost all local small fast food places are using; Oven, doner grill, press grill, steamer..
Must be a real chore teaching staff how to properly use a pan.
Or let just old Phil do all the meat handling.. (Raise plz!)
I think about that sometimes.
There’s a lot of accurate and “in the know” stuff that happens in the comics.
Then they prepare their meat in a way I don’t think anyone does.
