2 If you don’t specify why something needs to be specific size, somewhere, somehow, someone will screw up with his measurements.
3 If you tell Phil to NOT allow him to make changes, but needs to overlook the construction so that everything during and after the construction preforms as well and efficient as possible.
4 Profit! (as what phil is trying to do)
5 Sue if something go’s wrong. But who is to blame? not Phil, as he wasn’t authorized, neither was the construction company. But who made those changes? the construction company… …
